Refund policy
All sales are final. Because our products are small-batch skincare and personal-care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or because a product did not meet personal expectations. Please review your order carefully before checkout, and reach out with any questions before ordering — we are always happy to help you choose.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Your satisfaction and safety matter to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.renevah@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue (including the packaging if it was damaged in transit). Once we verify the issue, we will — at our discretion — send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you. This is the only circumstance under which a return or refund is accepted.
How refunds are processed. Where a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item or confirm the issue from your photos. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the issue was due to our error.
Non-returnable items. For health and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products, gift cards, and clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned — except where they arrive damaged, defective, or were sent in error, as described above.
Order changes & cancellations. Orders are processed quickly. If you need to correct your shipping address or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier first. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to help resolve it with the carrier.
Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, which may entitle you to a remedy for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
